Facilities

120 acres of fields, hardwood forest, creeks and river shore. Perfect for retreat groups of all types: Families, Church groups, Couples and much more.  Pine Retreat Cabin: Capacity of 24, linens and meals provided.  Theimer Hall and Summer Cabins: Capacity of 120 year round.(30 in Theimer Hall, 90 in Cabins). No linens provided. meals provided.  Dining Hall: Capacity of 120, year round.  Challenge Course programming: Capacity of 100+, year round, Lutherhoma led program.

Camp Lutherhoma is located in Northeastern Oklahoma, 8 miles east of Tahlequah, our neighboring town. We are right on the Illinois River, in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains.

Pine Retreat Cabin?

You will experience the outdoors while enjoying the incredible comforts of full size beds and soft luxurious mattresses and pillows. All linens will be provided, including bathroom towels. Plus, each bed will have a hand made quilt as your warm blanket.

Large meeting room for your studies, sessions or when it is time to relax. Media projector and screen are available upon request. A wood burning fireplace will let you enjoy each other with the day winding to a close.

Food will be either catered up to the cabin, where you will enjoy a buffet, or you will join the rest of the camp guests in the dining hall.

Full Weekend(5 meals): $112.00/person
Fri. pm to Sat. pm(2 meals): $52.00/person
Sat. am to Sun. am(4 meals): $86.00/person
Saturday only(2 meals): $34.00/person
Midweek day only(1 meal): $26.00/person

Camp Lutherhoma can provide all three meals, plus an evening snack and a mid morning coffee break snack.  The furniture will bring a sense of rest and outdoors charm, as it is all made of pine or cedar logs cut and built only 30 miles from Camp Lutherhoma.

Program Options

Rent Camp Lutherhoma for your group. Use the camp’s many facilities offered to develop your unique program.  Lutherhoma staff will conduct our Group Initiative Course Program with you, (otherwise known as the challenge course, or GIC). This is by far our best program for you to experience. See the GIC section of our web site for more information.  Rent our new Pine Retreat Cabin with a capacity of 20-24. All our facilities are available year round. Rent the Main Camp Cabins (90 cap.) or Theimer Hall (30 cap.), which are available all but summer. We can lead your group on an adventure experience, such as rock climbing, mountain biking, or rafting/kayaking. Additional rates are available for these adventure programs.  Use Camp Lutherhoma as your housing for a trip on the Illinois River.

Group Initiative Course Program (GIC)

The GIC is also known as a challenge course or ropes course program. All activities on the challenge course are led by our highly trained staff of facilitators. The challenge course program at Camp Lutherhoma is one of the best in Oklahoma!

A Contract will be signed by your leader. We will work with you on all the details prior to your stay with us. We want to ensure your experience at Camp Lutherhoma is as beneficial as possible for you and your group.
