Registration Information

Arrive and Depart  For all programs starting on Sundays, 3-5 p.m. is check in time.  For all programs ending on Fridays, families and friends are encouraged to attend the closing worship at 2:30 p.m. Check out time is 3:30 p.m.  Kinetic will offer the closing worship at 2:30 on Thursday. Check out time is 3:30 p.m..  Refer to descriptions for weekend and special programs for arrival and departure information.

Order Your Camp Video Before Camp Begins! Each week we make a video of the camp highlights and show it during the closing ceremony.  This year you can order your copy of the video on the day you arrive at camp, and we will have it for you to take home!  A lifetime of memories in a fun DVD video of your camp friends.  Cost for the DVD video is $10.00

$60 Savings If You Bring a New Friend to Camp Lutherhoma  Be sure to get your friends to come with you to camp! For each new friend you bring that has NEVER been to summer camp, or has not ben to summer camp in at least 5 years, YOU GET $60 off your registration fee. We used to give a free tshipr for bringing a new camper, but this summer we are upping the reward. This new camper CANNOT be related to you! Be sure that you check the box indicating the new friend discount on the registration form. If you cannot do so, or forgot, send us a note, email us, or call us. Let us suggest, also, that you share the saving with this new friend.

Policy Rules for acceptance and participation in summer camp programs at Lutherhoma are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap.

Refund Policy- If the camper cancels 2 weeks prior to the camp date they will be refunded all but the deposit.  If the camper cancels within 2 weeks of the camp date no refunds will be given. 

Registration Payment or deposit of $50 must be mailed with registration form. E-Mailed and Faxed copies alone will not hold camper’s spot!  Use a SEPARATE Registration Form for each person, and for each session.  Registration confirmation and Health Forms will be sent when camp registers your camper.  The Health Form MUST be filled out and  brought to camp.  A map, directions, things-to-bring list, and T-Shirt price list will also be sent. Additional  Registration forms and Health forms can be printed.

Full Payment Discounts  If you wish to save $40.00, subtract $40.00 from the registration fee and send that full amount so that we receive it  by JUNE 1st.  (example: Force = $335, early full payment discount =$295.) This discount applies to one session per week, but can apply to several weeks per child.
