Registration Information

Arrive and Depart  For all programs starting on Sundays, 3-5 p.m. is check in time.  For all programs ending on Fridays, families and friends are encouraged to attend the closing worship at 2:30 p.m. Check out time is 3:30 p.m.  Kinetic will offer the closing worship at 2:30 on Thursday. Check out time is 3:30 p.m..  Refer to descriptions for weekend and special programs for arrival and departure information.

Order Your Camp Video Before Camp Begins! Each week we make a video of the camp highlights and show it during the closing ceremony.  This year you can order your copy of the video on the day you arrive at camp, and we will have it for you to take home!  A lifetime of memories in a fun DVD video of your camp friends.  Cost for the DVD video is $10.00

Free T-Shirt For Guest Camper  You can receive a free t-shirt!  All you have to do is be a past camper and bring a friend who has never been a Lutherhoma camper (other than a brother or sister) to camp this summer! Bring someone to share in the fun tradition of Camp Lutherhoma and all of its wackiness!

Policy Rules for acceptance and participation in summer camp programs at Lutherhoma are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap.

Refund Policy- If the camper cancels 2 weeks prior to the camp date they will be refunded all but the deposit.  If the camper cancels within 2 weeks of the camp date no refunds will be given. 

Registration Payment or deposit of $50 must be mailed with registration form. E-Mailed and Faxed copies alone will not hold camper’s spot!  Use a SEPARATE Registration Form for each person, and for each session.  Registration confirmation and Health Forms will be sent when camp registers your camper.  The Health Form MUST be filled out and  brought to camp.  A map, directions, things-to-bring list, and T-Shirt price list will also be sent. Additional  Registration forms and Health forms can be printed.

Full Payment Discounts  If you wish to save $10.00, subtract $10.00 from the registration fee and send that full amount so that we receive it  by JUNE 1st.  (example: Force = $285, early full payment discount =$250.) This discount applies to one session per week, but can apply to several weeks per child.

Family Rates First Child pays full fee (or minus early discount); second child in family =$15.00 less than first child; third child = $20.00 less than first child; $30, $40, etc.  The discount applies to one discount per child regardless of number of weeks.  A child can attend more than one week of camp.  Family discounts are only for more than one child in a family.  Family discounts are only for full week camps.  Only immediate family members are discounted. 

Camp Fee Includes Every camper will get meals, cabin housing, one counselor per cabin, free color photo, crafts, and canteen time snacks. CANTEEN MONEY FOR SNACKS IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE. NO NEED TO BRING ANY MONEY FOR CANTEEN. T-Shirts will be for sale at registration and on the last day of camp.
