Pine and Aspen Retreat Cabins

Pine and Aspen Retreat Cabins are our nicest facilities for a wide range of retreat groups. Each cabin has 4 bedrooms, a main meeting room with fireplace and AV connections, a kitchenette, and bathrooms. We provide all linens, pillows, quilts, and towels. We usually bring the meals up to Pine and Aspen for you to enjoy in your own cabin. These are available year round.

Dining Hall

Our Dining Hall can hold up to 120 people comfortably. We love to provide all guests with high quality food, and we welcome any dietary needs that you might have. Each meal always comes with a salad bar full of many fresh fruits and vegetables, and an assortment of beverages. The dining hall can also serve as our largest indoor meeting space, and we will help rearrange the tables and chairs.

Summer Cabins

Our Summer Cabins were completely rebuilt just a few years ago. They are fully climate controlled for year round enjoyment. A total of 10 cabins with 8 bunk beds in each cabin. 6 cabins and 1 bathhouse are in one area, and 4 cabins and 1 bathhouse are in the other area. Guests need to bring their own bedding and towels if you rent the summer cabins.

Right next to the Dining Hall is the Deck. It is a favorite gathering place for groups all year round, with comfortable seating, shade, handicap ramps, a BarBQue grill, and great views of the river. You can plan almost anything on the deck such as Bible studies, outdoor education lessons, worship, or just time to relax.

Outdoor Chapel

The Outdoor Chapel is wonderful for large gatherings, worship, or whatever you might need. It is outdoors, so weather needs to be considered. Inside are benches for about 150 people, a stage, side rooms for equipment. You can ask the Lutherhoma staff if you want to use the sound system or video screens for an additional fee.

Crafts Cabin

Our newest facility is our Crafts Cabin. It is larger than the summer cabins, but built the same way, with year round climate control. If you do want a place to do crafts with your group, let us know and we will help you utilize this new cabin. It is also big enough that you can have a meeting space for up to 40 people comfortably.

Camp Store and Upper Room

Connected to the Deck and right next to the Dining Hall is the Camp Store and Upper Room. The Upper Room is a nice meeting space for your group of less than 20. You can reserve it if you want to watch a movie, have a Bible study, or just rest. The Camp Store carries a wide variety of attire and souvenirs from Camp Lutherhoma. We will open the store at your convenience a few times during your retreat. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.

Campfire Rings

We have several spots around camp where you can enjoy a campfire. Some of them have benches, while others will require you to sit on the ground or in chairs you bring with you. Each location features a unique setting for you to enjoy an evening in God's beautiful Creation.
